How does Ekka Recovery work?

Ekka Recovery is a subscription-based wellness box specifically designed to assist in creating new healthy habits that support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Our boxes help you build your big-picture self by giving you new rituals to replace old, self-sabotaging ones. By changing your habits you can actually change the neural pathways in your brain (the science of neuroplasticity) and retrain yourself to think, act, and even BE the person you’ve always wanted to be. Our holistic methodology combines mind, body and spirit integration with nourishing and inspiring items, superfoods and supplements, downloadable recipes, fitness routines, yoga/meditation/mindfulness and a supportive community.

Who is Ekka Recovery for?

Ekka Recovery is for anyone who wants to recover their joy, vibrancy, well-being and take their life to the next level. It is our philosophy that we are all in recovery from something; be it heartbreak, substance abuse, physical and/or mental illness, eating disorders or a tough life situation (to name a few).

What’s inside an Ekka Recovery box?

Each monthly box is designed by our in-house team of experts to support the recovery journey and to help create new rituals in life. You can expect 5 -7 full-size items of the highest quality. Each month you’ll get something for your skin, something that works on your internal body systems, something inspiring for your spirit, something that connects you to a community and something yummy that you can enjoy right away.

Each item in the box, when paired with the others, helps to create a new routine to replace old self-sabotaging ones and we’ll teach you how to add them into your life. No drastic changes here, just month by month, box by box, your new vibrant life appears before your very eyes.

How do you decide what goes into your boxes?

Our in-house team, led by our experts (read more from the experts here) research and select the highest quality products and customize the wellness ritual so you don’t have to.

What makes Ekka different from other boxes?

Great question! While a lot of other box companies send sample sizes of products that you may or may not need or want, and that doesn’t necessarily work in harmony with each other. We focus on the essentials and the unique combinations that they make together so that each month the whole of you is being taken care of.

What does Ekka mean?

Ekka comes from Sanskrit word eka, literally meaning one. Our philosophy is that through community, diet, and lifestyle we can create one whole balanced life.

Does it say “Recovery” anywhere on the box?

No. We respect your privacy and use only words pertaining to “Rituals” and “Ekka” on the outside of the box.

Membership, Shipping, and Billing:

I just joined, when will I be billed again?

Welcome to Ekka!

  • You will not be billed again until AFTER you have received your first box.
  • Re-billing happens on the 23rd of every month, in advance of your next shipment which will ship at the end of each month.

How often will I be billed for my subscription?

Signing up for Ekka Recovery means opting into a recurring membership that bills you every month. All subscriptions re-bill each month on the 23rd, in advance of your next shipment. Ekka Recovery is shipped the first weekend of each month for delivery in the second week of the month.

When do I get my first box?

Sign up on or before the first Friday of the month to get next month’s box, which ships the of the first week of the month (while supplies last!). All orders processed after that weekend will ship the next month.

For example, order your box on or by September 8th, 2017 and get September box a few days later. Order your box on September 9th, 2017 and you’ll get the October box around the second week of the month.

How do you ship your boxes? Ekka Recovery is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) 2-3 day Priority Mail. For international shipments, we use USPS First Class International Service. We ship our boxes the end of the first week of each month so you’ll get your box in the second week of the month!

How do I cancel my account?

(Cancellation Policy) If you are not completely satisfied with your Ekka Recovery subscription, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. In order to cancel before you are re-billed for the next shipment, email support@ekkarecovery.com

An item was missing or damaged in my box.

Email: support@ekkarecovery.com We will respond back to most messages in under 24hrs! If you have missing items or the box is damaged, we’ll be happy to help you out!

How do I receive a refund?

If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 22th of the month to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE TWENTY-SECOND DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
